Quarantine Games: Stick Challenge 3

Alright this challenge is the biggest mobility test yet: while holding a stick, step over and around the hand. Without letting go of the stick, reach down and around the back. Finally, step out with the second leg to un-pretzel yourself. You can also try the reverse sequence by stepping over the stick, and then working up and around the back. Try on both the right and left sides to see if there are any differences!
